Our Healing Hearts is a nurturing grief and emotional support box thoughtfully co-created by two brave children, Zayn and Cami-Rose, who used these very tools while healing after losing their Daddy. Every item in this box has been chosen because it truly helped them feel calmer, stronger, and less alone during their hardest moments.
Created by trauma-informed grief coach Donna Walsh, this box blends neuroscience, somatic practices, creativity and comfort to help children aged 4–12 gently explore emotions through play, movement, and connection. It becomes a soothing ritual they can return to whenever life feels heavy.
